We welcome new patients to our surgery and look forward to offering the very best health care.
We manage our appointments by telephone – you call us any time during the day and the duty doctor will call you back to discuss your needs and arrange the most appropriate treatment. In some cases a call back is not required (the receptionist will be able to book nurse appointments and follow up appointments without you needing to talk to the doctor).
This system is new to many patients, and enables us to focus quickly on the medical needs, and react in the most appropriate way.
Some people are worried about waiting for a call back – no need! We can respond to you when it is convenient (in a break or at lunch time for example).
The real advantage of our system is that you get treated quickly by the most appropriate doctor or by one of our highly qualified nurse specialists) and it is a rare occurrence for us to be short of appointments on the day. You can also book well ahead.
